To connect to Apple Business Chat, you must create an account in Apple Business Register: link.

How does it work?
After you connect Apple Business Chat and enable the integration, our chat on your website will be replaced with Apple Business Chat for iPhone or iPad users. That means that customers will always be in touch with you and won’t miss your response!
Messages from your company are delivered to the client instantly and will be displayed in the Messages app on their iPhone or iPad. The agent works with the messages directly from Jivo.
What should I do if something doesn’t work out?
In case of any issues, feel free to contact our technical support specialists by chat or email. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your Apple ID email, specifying the company name and your question.
